  • SHIPPING POLICY

    Thank you for shopping with Arvea. We ship all orders from our U.S. fulfillment center.

    PROCESSING TIME

    Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

    Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders. Estimated delivery in 3 to 7 business days from ship date.

    Expedited Shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Estimated delivery in 2 to 3 business days from ship date.

    International Shipping is currently not available. We are working on expanding to additional countries and will announce updates on our website and email newsletter.

    Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

    SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

    You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number or numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

    Arvea is not liable for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. If your tracking shows delivered and you cannot locate your package, please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at support@arveajewelry.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

    DAMAGES

    Arvea is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim, and email us at support@arveajewelry.com with photos of the damage so we can assist.

    ADDRESS CHANGES

    Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We are unable to change the shipping address after an order has been submitted. If you notice an error, email us immediately at support@arveajewelry.com and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
